Areas of Expertise

Biography
I am a strategic consultant with over 20 years of leadership experience, including my role as CEO and Managing Partner of a 23-year international dealer of Nordic piling, vibro-technology, and heavy foundation-construction equipment across Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Ukraine. I help companies expand into emerging and international markets, optimize distribution channels, and develop growth strategies for complex, highly technical industries.

That experience extends well beyond direct selling. I co-founded EduPile, an EdTech venture for the foundation-construction industry, and was a founding participant and managing partner of the International Piling & Foundation Construction Association in Ukraine, which convenes the country's largest annual foundation-construction conference — proof that real market development is built on localization and institutional trust, not transactions alone.

My expertise covers building and scaling distributor and franchise networks, leading global M&A and joint ventures, and creating after-sales and technical-support ecosystems. I also specialize in international business-process integration and technology adoption (CRM, ERP, IoT/IIoT, AI).

Today, I partner with organizations on a flexible and remote basis, contributing to market entry strategies, crisis management, and operational excellence in the industrial sector.
